We have 30 rooms (6 of which
are handicap rooms) blocked at Arizona
Charlie's (see http://www.azcharlies.com)
from May 16 thru the 22nd. The hotel
is not on or near the Strip or downtown, but they will furnish
transportation to those locations.
To make reservations, call
their 800 number below. Reservation cut-off
date is April 16, 2001. The reservations must be guaranteed
with a credit card. If you do not have a credit card the hotel
requires a $100 deposit. Cancellations may be made up to 72 hours
before arrival date; otherwise you will be charged for the first night.
The room rates are:

2 people in the room

people in the room

$61 per night for 4
people in the room.

The hotel has asked that you
advise them at the time you make your reservation if you require a
handicap room or a non-smoking room.
We will need the roomies
flight arrival times so we can arrange transportation from the airport.
